O. David Natanzi

O. David Natanzi received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Society from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1994 where he finished with Honors in his major. Mr. Natanzi subsequently enrolled at the University of San Diego School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1998.

Mr. Natanzi took the California Bar Exam in July 1998 and was admitted to the California State Bar later that same year. Mr. Natanzi began his legal profession as a prosecutor for the Los Angeles County Counsel’s Office-Dependency Division. After amassing over 100 bench trials, Mr. Natanzi left the County Counsel’s office for private practice where he has continued to hone his trial and litigation experience to become one of the top advocates of employee and consumer rights and protections.

Mr. Natanzi was hired on as an associate with Stone & Hiles, LLP in 2001 where he first developed an interest and passion for employment law as well as general litigation focusing on personal injury matters where he represented defendants and insurance companies. In 2005, after having litigated hundreds of employment and personal injury matters, Mr. Natanzi left Stone & Hiles, LLP to open up his own practice, focusing on representing employees.

In late 2005, the law firm of Bavar Natanzi & Soliemanzadeh, LLP opened its doors to the public. From the beginning, Mr. Natanzi focused on protecting employee rights on all aspects of employment and labor law related matters. Additionally, Mr. Natanzi and his partners focused on personal injury matters on behalf of injured parties.

In 2011, Mr. Natanzi left Bavar Natanzi & Soliemanzadeh, LLP to open up Natanzi Law Group, Inc. where the primary focus of the law firm was employment and labor law in addition to personal injury cases on behalf of plaintiffs. Over the course of the last 12 years, Natanzi Law Group, Inc. has stood up for the rights of individuals in employment law matters, from drafting and reviewing contracts to litigating wage and employment disputes in State or Federal court. Mr. Natanzi has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law and labor law including discrimination claims, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, unpaid wages, overtime, meal break violations to negotiating severance agreements on behalf of his clients.

In addition to representing his own clients, Mr. Natanzi has partnered with Jay S. Rothman since 2018 where he brings his 23 years of legal knowledge and experience focusing mainly on protecting employee rights.

Mr. Natanzi has put his experience to good use seeking justice and recovering the maximum compensation his clients deserve following auto accidents and other incidents in which they’ve sustained injuries. His personable nature has enabled him to become the trusted ally his clients need when they are at their most vulnerable and need an experienced, knowledgeable attorney to help them recover what they have lost, not just financially, but is able to obtain the best medical treatment for his clients in order to make them whole.
